Client Onboarding Analyst (contract)
BNY Mellon is a leading global financial services company at the center of the world’s financial system. The Client Onboarding Analyst will manage end-to-end fund and account onboarding activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding from documentation review through account activation, including fund setups and validation activities
Create and validate CUSIPs, audit setup data, and ensure strong operational controls and compliance throughout the process
Support a shared inbox environment, managing daily workflows tied to fund launches and onboarding requests
Partner with internal teams, custodians, and asset managers to meet aggressive launch timelines and resolve issues proactively
Handle external email communications with clarity and professionalism while supporting internal coordination and escalation needs
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
Comfortable working in a back-office, email-driven operations role
Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general documentation tools
Preferred
Exposure to alternative investments or fund onboarding operations
Experience working in a shared inbox environment
FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 99, Series 7)
General compliance and risk awareness
