Onboarding Specialist
Veras is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup focused on optimizing workforce management in senior care through AI. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new customers through product setup, leading training sessions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities
Guide new customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices
Lead live trainings, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to ensure successful adoption
Host regular office hours to support users and answer questions
Track onboarding progress and proactively remove roadblocks
Help customers achieve early wins and realize product value quickly
Maintain regular check-ins to drive engagement and satisfaction
Gather and share feedback from new users to improve our product and onboarding
Work with Sales to understand customer goals and ensure smooth handoffs
Partner with Customer Success to transition accounts post-onboarding
Collaborate with Support and Product to escalate issues and share user insights
Qualification
Required
1+ years in onboarding, support, or other customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over live training
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-first environment
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Intercom, HubSpot, etc
Background in education, training, or support
Experience in healthcare, staffing, or enterprise onboarding
