Responsibilities

Develop financial models and other analytical tools for acquisition analysis utilizing Excel

Underwriting of new and existing real estate investments

Collection and analysis of market data

Review of due diligence material

Preparation of investment committee memorandums and analysis

Act as liaison with accounting and finance staff to assist in quarterly valuations and portfolio analysis, partner distribution waterfall modeling and risk management

Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis and reporting

Participate in the quarterly financial reporting, including assisting in calculation of cash flow statements, fair market valuation and anticipated IRR’s
