Responsibilities
Support attorneys with business litigation matters, including full lifecycle case support
Handle federal and state court filings, including e-filing
Maintain precise calendaring and deadline management
Draft, proofread, edit, and format legal documents
Perform redlining, Word formatting, and document revisions
Assist with overflow administrative tasks and special projects
Coordinate workflows and maintain effective office procedures
Collaborate across teams while maintaining professionalism with clients, vendors, and staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in business litigation
Strong knowledge of federal and state court filing rules and procedures
Excellent proofreading, writing, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Word (2010 or higher), Outlook, and iManage or similar document management systems
