Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage the onboarding process and support property-level recruitment efforts. In this role, you will ensure all onboarding documentation is audit-ready and properly maintained while conducting check-ins with new hires to foster engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and audit ready
Support the Recruitment Manager with property-level recruitment activities
Conduct 30-,60-, and 90-day check-ins with new associates to ensure engagement and retention
Assist with general People, Resources & Development (PR&D) requests from operations teams and the department
Maintain compliance with company standards and employment regulations throughout all processes
Welcome and assist guests visiting the office, ensuring professional and friendly experience
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of HR or HR administration experience
Knowledge of HR processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with new hires and operational leaders
Proficiency in ADP
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
