Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP PPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Engage with business stakeholders to understand project portfolio management needs and translate them into SAP PPM functionalities
Configure SAP PPM modules such as Project System (PS), Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Integration with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SAP S/4HANA
Develop and deliver project plans, status reports, and documentation to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
Provide expert guidance on SAP PPM best practices, process improvements, and industry standards
Coordinate and conduct training sessions for end users and junior consultants
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP PPM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of SAP PPM solutions
Support pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations, proposal development, and effort estimation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Overall Industry experience of 14 to 16 Yrs with minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP PPM consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PPM modules, including configuration, customisation, and integration
Proven track record of successful SAP PPM implementations in complex, multi-national environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Certification in SAP PPM or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
Preferred
Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project delivery
Knowledge of related SAP modules such as SAP PS, SAP CPM, SAP CATS, and SAP Analytics Cloud
Familiarity with Indian business processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
Capability to mentor and upskill junior consultants
