The role involves providing strategic leadership for their affiliate program, focusing on channel ownership, agency management, and performance optimization during a transition period.

Responsibilities
Own the affiliate channel strategy, priorities, and overall performance direction
Lead and guide an external agency responsible for day-to-day publisher execution
Drive sustainable growth and efficiency improvements across the program
Optimize partner mix, offers, and placements to move users deeper into the funnel (e.g., account activation, ongoing engagement, transactions)
Identify opportunities across content, comparison, rewarded, and marketplace affiliates
Oversee compliance workflows, including publisher content review and policy enforcement
Partner cross-functionally with growth, legal, and compliance stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience owning or leading an affiliate marketing program
Experience managing agencies and complex publisher ecosystems
Comfort operating in highly regulated industries (fintech, insurtech, healthtech, edtech, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Background in banking, fintech, or financial services
Experience supporting high-LTV, high-consideration consumer products
