Responsibilities
Interact with service partners to ensure adequate communication regarding goal setting, performance, workflow guidelines, and other service partner service partner-related responsibilities
Manage service partner productivity, monitor workload, and ensure that quality standards and revenue goals are consistently achieved
Support and ensure compliance with client, office, and company standards, policies, and procedures for all service partners within an assigned territory
Provide and communicate service partner guidance, tools, best practices, and training needs
Identify, research, and effectively communicate any systemic or process issues found; facilitate, communicate, and implement resolutions when appropriate
Service partner provide analysis of territory for strategic planning for future opportunities
Successfully negotiate pricing with new and existing service partners to ensure that they are aligned with current MCS rates and closely related to the necessary rates for the local area
Perform service partner audits to ensure service partners are following proper policies and workflow guidelines and are in compliance with Client, office, and MCS company standards, policies, and procedures
Analyze the current network of service partners to assigned territory and source new providers where needed to ensure competitive price and support for operations
Vet potential new service partners and complete onboarding process
Action sourcing plan for new client implementations to ensure service partner readiness and dispatch matrix is active
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in a flexible and production orientated environment
Effective decision making and problem solving skills
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Proficient to advanced PC Skills including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet and customized database management
Must be able to read and/or interpret numbers and letters correctly
Must work with numbers to calculate timeframe and evaluate costs and losses
Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
Education: Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Preferred six months experience in the SFR or Commercial facilities maintenance industry
