They are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Corporate Infrastructure Services Department in New York, where the individual will support procurement processes, budget activities, and office management operations.

Responsibilities
Use of SAP, NOVA and Coupa systems for corporate procurement related workflow processes
Perform sourcing and procurements activities in accordance with ESP (Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement) policies
Create purchase requests, purchase orders and performing good receipts
Support the Workplace Management Team in budget related activities including developing, reporting and monitoring office operations and capital expenditures
Liaise with the finance department to facilitating the payment processes for office leases, office services and maintenance related contracts
Liaise with Singapore HQ on all corporate procurement matters, including roll-out of any related policy/system updates/initiatives
Add value through continuous process improvement, cost savings via strategic sourcing and ensuring required procurement controls are well observed
Assist in overseeing day to day pantry operations to ensure proper management, including budget and inventory oversight, supervision of hospitality staff, and maintenance of cleanliness and service standards. Stay informed of marketplace trends and introduce innovative offerings
Lead event planning efforts in coordination with GIC departments, Corporate Communications, Technology, and CISD colleagues. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, site selection, decorations, and last-minute logistics. Support and coordinate NYO staff events as directed by the SVP, CISD
Advise on space allocation and seating arrangements to optimize utilization and support organizational changes
Manage departmental procurement controls and procurement administration. Support departmental budget development, monitor spending against budget, manage accruals, and financial reporting
Provide administrative support including travel and expense management, meeting scheduling, and business continuity activities
Assist with insurance-related activities such as claims and proposals
Support subscription management across multiple departments
Assist with travel management policies and procedures
Maintain a strong relationship with building management to ensure office environment needs are met effectively
Qualification
Required
A degree in Business Management, or other relevant fields
3–5 years of work experience in an office environment
Well-organized with strong time management skills; results-oriented and adaptable to evolving situations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on projects and corporate initiatives
Comfortable working in an open office environment
Flexible to work overtime when required
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously from various stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate activities and deliver shared outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Tableau
