Responsibilities
Lead a thoughtful and tailored member recruitment process - from application to onboarding
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that reflect the club’s values and attract aligned prospects
Collaborate on programming and events that bring in potential members and reinforce the club’s presence in the city
Drive engagement through events, personal touchpoints, and strategic communication
Track and analyze pipeline performance and member feedback to inform ongoing improvements
Partner with the Club GM and corporate teams to inform strategy, optimize conversion, and sustain a high-quality member base
Enforce club standards with grace and confidence, ensuring a positive experience for all
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in hospitality, membership, events, or relationship-focused sales
A natural connector with an existing network aligned with the community
Warm, charismatic, and socially fluent
Strong communicator, self-starter, and strategic thinker with great follow-through
Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and modern communication methods
Availability on evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Experience in private clubs or luxury service is a plus
