Responsibilities
Manage litigation calendaring, deadlines, and court procedures
Prepare, format, and file pleadings, discovery responses, and trial documents
Support heavy trial preparation, including exhibit binders and deposition summaries
Handle large discovery productions and redactions
Maintain electronic files using document management systems and Word macros
Assist with deposition summaries and basic exposure analysis (preferred)
Coordinate state and federal court filings and provide full support to two attorneys
Qualification
Required
Strong civil litigation experience
Confidence with technology
Experience with calendaring
Experience with high-volume trial work
Manage litigation calendaring, deadlines, and court procedures
