Responsibilities
Review and negotiate SaaS and software licensing agreements with enterprise customers, working closely with Sales, Finance and Product to drive deals to closure
Review and negotiate a wide range of other commercial agreements, including data processing, professional services and partnership agreements, working with stakeholders across the organization
Implement and improve policies, templates and processes to manage legal and business risk on a global scale
Qualification
Required
JD degree and a member of a U.S. state bar in good standing
3+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm, with primary focus on commercial and technology transactions
Substantive knowledge of SaaS and software licensing agreements
Working knowledge of GDPR and Privacy Laws
A track record of closing complex commercial agreements
Preferred
Experience supporting a VC-backed technology or high-growth technology company
Ability to identify and address data protection issues in commercial transactions
