Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls to answer questions, provide service call information, and help resolve issues in line with the company's customer service policies
Accurately enter customer and service information into internal systems and online portals
Document call details clearly, including symptoms, site, and contact information, and any relevant notes needed for dispatch and service follow-up
Collaborate closely with the Dispatch Manager to maintain appropriate lead times for service calls
Support scheduling coordination for urgent and emergency service calls when needed
Serve as a liaison with dealers and online portals to obtain service call updates, clarify information, and help drive resolution
Provide light administrative support as needed, including email follow-ups and documentation
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required (associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
Must have reliable transportation. This is a fully in office position
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
High comfort level with a multi-line phone system and transferring callers to the appropriate team member
Data entry: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Rochester, NY 14623 (Required)

Previous experience at a service company is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Team-oriented with a positive, customer-centric approach
Able to manage multiple tasks across phone and email in a fast-paced office setting
