Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and providing follow-up
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Assist with project management and follow through on tasks to ensure completion
Manage office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate special events and company initiatives

Required

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
