As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the full recruiting lifecycle, engage with candidates across various roles, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while gaining exposure to tech recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations

Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones

Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)

Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles

Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale

Qualification

Required

0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)

Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and ai technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)

Curious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going
