Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc)
Be comfortable with the data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task
Spread the UberLOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc
Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
Qualification
Required
Self-driven with superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through on tasks
Naturally curious, innovative, and constantly looking for ways to improve
Obsessive about candidate experience, self-aware, well-spoken on the phone, and eloquent in emails
Charismatic people person who can talk to anyone, flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome
Motivated with an understanding of the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew
Willing to help out wherever needed and highly organized
Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
Knowledgeable about the business and able to answer HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc.)
