Responsibilities

Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders to align strategic objectives and drive long-term value

Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, resulting in measurable business impact and client satisfaction

Analyze market trends and client data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to both internal leadership and client executives

Champion the voice of the client within the organization, influencing product development and service enhancements. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through transformation initiatives and change management processes

Growing revenue and increasing profitability by building sustainable commercial relationships with clients

Develop and execute an annual plan to further build relationships and grow business each year

Working with the leadership team to share best practices, and to refine and execute an excellent go-to-market strategy for CCC Intelligent Solutions

In partnership with the customer delivery teams, monitor, and manage client performance to ensure high client satisfaction and value creation

Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and execute the organization’s vision and strategies for achieving that vision, including helping identify, prioritize, and launch new solutions

Required

10+ years of relevant experience building client relationships - must have significant experience building commercial relationships with enterprise clients in the insurance industry

Demonstrable track record growing client accounts - must have proven experience in accelerating growth and scaling client accounts

Track record of collaborative stakeholder leadership - The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator to customers, peer functions, and employees

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
