Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions

Post jobs, review resumes, and maintain applicant tracking systems

Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to candidates

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Support HR initiatives and assist with administrative tasks as needed
