Responsibilities

Design and document functional solutions within D365 F&O including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Project Management

Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder workshops

Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and detailed process flows

Perform Fit-Gap analysis and define functional and non-functional requirements

Support configuration, data migration, and system setup activities

Develop test plans and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing

Support go-live activities, issue resolution, and post go-live optimization

Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation

Provide ongoing functional expertise and guidance to support and project teams

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
