Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
12-15+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, or related financial leadership roles
Experience leading global or regional finance teams in a matrixed organization
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in pricing, margin analytics, and revenue forecasting
Demonstrated success building or transforming a commercial finance capability
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and commercial stakeholders
Experience in change management, process harmonization, and driving adoption across diverse markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and travel internationally as needed
