Responsibilities
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting within Store Operations, to include store salaried openings
Support store leaders as a consultative partner on hourly staffing
Partner with internal business partners, talent acquisition team members, and external business partners
Provide superior customer service to all involved with the full life cycle talent acquisition process and workflow
Partner with Stores HR to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position to create a recruiting strategy to support, attract, and select top talent
Establish rapport and meet regularly with business partners to understand the staffing model and growth projections
Develop a constant pool of candidates for key positions at all levels
Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, including the internet, networking, and referrals
Conduct interviews and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers, and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
Manage the offer & negotiation process with hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
Assist internal team members in the pursuit of new opportunities within the company
Provide status reports, hiring trends, and analysis to management
Assist with various projects as required
Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and presentations
Assist with recruitment objectives for the summer internship program
Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules
Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required
Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time-sensitive deadlines
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
Proficient in interviewing, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
Responsible for direct sourcing of candidates, leveraging current sourcing tools, and the ability to team with outside sourcing vendors when needed
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Regular attendance required

Up to 10% travel, as needed
Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
Ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred
Retail experience preferred
