Business Development Representative
KR Industrial is dedicated to providing customers with the highest level of service. They are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth targets.

Identifying and generating new business opportunities
Maintaining client relationships
Working closely with the sales team to achieve growth targets
Daily tasks include inside/outside sales activities, lead generation, client outreach, and contributions to sales strategy to drive revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Experience in Sales and Business Development with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed for client interaction
Ability and mindset to maintain existing customer relationships as well as develop new ones
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the Environmental and Industrial services industry
Existing network of relationships within the Environmental & Industrial sector
