Product Operations Manager, Sellside AI and BI
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal tools and AI product initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools (e.g. Salesforce) and new AI product initiatives from pilot phase to wide-scale deployment
Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and automate manual processes to minimize error and improve efficiency
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Influence engineering and global sales leaders to align on resources, roadmaps, and product priorities
Design and execute product launch programs for new feature offerings, ensuring readiness across the business and resolving technical challenges before they impact users
Be able to systematically gather feedback to drive implementation reviews and shape the future roadmap of our tooling ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role
Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Product) without formal authority
Experience designing business processes, taking initiatives from conception to deployment
Preferred
Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/internal tooling ecosystems
Experience or strong interest in AI product commercialization and driving adoption of AI tools in a business context
Ability to interpret metrics to drive decision-making
Ability to thrive in a 'scrappy,' fast-paced environment where ambiguity is common and '0-to-1' building is needed
Proficiency in translating operational issues into technology solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
