Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories

Perform gap analysis on existing Fiserv DNA capabilities and propose enhancements

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Fiserv DNA modules, including:

Account processing

Loan servicing

Deposit operations

Customer information file (CIF)

General ledger and reconciliation

Configure DNA parameters, create test scenarios, and validate system functionality

Analyze and optimize end-to-end transaction flows across ACH, wire transfers, ATM/POS, mobile/online transactions, and batch processing

Troubleshoot production issues related to transaction posting, settlement, and exception handling

Work with payment networks, clearing systems, and banking middleware interfaces

Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver system improvements

Lead functional testing, UAT coordination, regression validation, and release support

Ensure solutions align with compliance requirements (AML, KYC, Reg E, Reg CC)

Develop functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, BRDs, and operating procedures

Provide training and support to operations teams and business users

Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to leadership teams
