Child Care Administrative Assistant - San Clemente
Bright Horizons is a leading child care company, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Child Care Center. In this role, you will greet families, manage files, and provide general support to ensure the center runs smoothly.

Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families
Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure
Provide support where needed throughout the center
Qualification
Required
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
High School diploma/GED required
Twelve semester units in Child Development, including the core courses of Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, Curriculum, and Principles and Practices (Required)
Transcripts will be required at time of interview
Preferred
AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
