Responsibilities
Configure and/or code product features and integrations across BI, ERP, and CRM platforms—ensuring clean hand‑offs with clear technical specs
Build analytical solutions with business partners to inform performance management and decision‑making
Design and execute test plans (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and verify readiness for deployment
Maintain and upgrade existing systems with an eye toward performance, security, and scalability
Own operational support: triage incidents, identify root cause, and implement resilient fixes
Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and SMEs to document processes and create training materials
Coordinate with external vendors and product support analysts to resolve platform issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau/Qlik) and strong SQL for querying and validation
Functional configuration experience in SAP/other ERP and/or Salesforce/other CRM
Hands-on experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications within Agile/Scrum teams (2+ years preferred)
2+ years supporting business applications with incident management and troubleshooting
Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces and data flows
Analytical problem-solver, self-starter, exceptional attention to detail; able to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Background in the consumer products industry
Knowledge of process analysis and design
Comfort mentoring teammates and performing peer reviews
