Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for senior management; optimize reporting and develop innovative ways to assess business performance
Lead and coordinate MASS budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes; provide actionable financial insights
Partner with leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, financial targets, and performance metrics aligned with business and corporate objectives
Participate in and/or drive various special projects related to financial analysis, market research, competitor landscape, and strategic planning initiatives
Create high-quality presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership, communicate results clearly through cohesive narratives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Controllers, HR, IR, Corporate Strategy) to identify challenges and opportunities, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other quantitative field
At least 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in an analytical and/or planning role
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Extensive knowledge in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms; familiarity with TM1/Cognos a plus
Ability to decompose complex problems and formulate a structured approach to finding solutions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written presentations and orally to senior leadership
Proven track record in successfully navigating a large organization
Team player with a strong work ethic
A problem-solver who is comfortable developing relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Able to work effectively under pressure and in a constantly evolving environment to meet deadlines
History of effective multi-tasking, expectations setting, and escalation of issues where appropriate
Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in their work product
Organized with strong follow-through and execution
