Responsibilities

Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

Manages, develops and motivates employees

Qualification

AS9100Root Cause AnalysisNon-Conformance processesProduction-related disciplineTeam leadershipSystem engineeringQuality engineeringSurveillance auditsProject management

Required

5+ years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard

5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action

3+ years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes

3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality

3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally

Experience in leading or managing projects and teams

The ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility

Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
