Review proposed distribution totals for healthcare provider groups
Evaluate downside risk, liquidity protection, and partner economics
Apply professional judgment to approve, constrain, or withhold distributions
Serve as a final governance checkpoint before distributions are released
Qualification
Required
CPA with healthcare business experience
Experience reviewing or overseeing partner distributions or high-consequence capital decisions
Comfortable being named publicly in a governance role
Preferred
Backgrounds commonly include: Partner, Managing Director, Principal, Senior Manager
(Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Forensics, Healthcare-focused practices)
