Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design development, documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams
Lead design coordination and ensure alignment with client goals, building codes, and firm standards
Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Monitor project schedules and budgets; proactively identify and address potential issues
Facilitate project meetings and manage correspondence between stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior staff in professional growth and project processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
8+ years of professional experience, including demonstrated project management experience
Experience in residential, high-rise, and low-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects
Strong knowledge of business systems, codes, and construction methods
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred
