Responsibilities

Guiding client advisory efforts and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service

Keeping a pulse on client satisfaction, proactively delivering solutions that meet their needs

Working closely with our sales team to assign client advisors and manage smooth transitions

Promoting a OnePCS mindset and building strong relationships across the organization

Building and nurturing relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs)

Taking charge of forecasting and conducting performance reviews

Addressing any underperformance to keep the team on track

Managing relationships with local and regional carriers

Staying informed about contract changes and underwriting guidelines

Overseeing the audit process

Handling client communications and presentations

Participating in hiring and interviewing processes

Analyzing workload and managing resources effectively

Conducting regular staff meetings and one-on-ones to foster development

Participating in advisory reviews for larger clients

Assisting in resolving complex client or underwriting issues

Focusing on colleague development, training, and succession planning

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

Developing business plans that set clear goals for referrals, new business, and cross-selling opportunities for Client Advisors

Managing reporting requirements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Leading a hybrid workforce

Embracing change and adapting as needed

Reinforcing the Marsh McLennan Agency Private Client Service vision

Communicating effectively to provide clear and consistent leadership during transitions

Qualification

Yacht insurance experiencePersonal lines insuranceProperty & Casualty LicenseClient service orientationClient facing experienceTeam management experienceUnderstanding COIs

Required

Yacht insurance experience required

Personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele

Property & Casualty (P&C) License

Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations

Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed

3-5+ years yacht insurance background required with client facing experience

Demonstrate an understanding of cultivating opportunities from within their client's centers of influence

Preferred

5+ years experience managing individuals and team goals
