Responsibilities
Advise the City's Executive Management Team, department directors, and other officials on matters related to strategic planning and organizational performance management
Measure and analyze performance to identify strategic and operational issues that impact City success
Help leaders solve complex problems and improve government performance
Manage and support Citywide planning, performance reporting, and data-driven performance review processes that strengthen program and service delivery
Qualification
Required
Graduation with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job
Three (3) years experience related to the job
Preferred
Experience facilitating the development of strategic and operational plans in public or non-profit organizations, including environmental assessments, goal and objective setting, and strategy development
Experience facilitating the development of operational, customer experience, and outcome-oriented performance measures, as well as the establishment of performance targets
Experience applying analytical methods - including comparative, trend, and variance analysis, as well as disaggregation of performance results - to generate actionable insights to inform policy and management decisions
Experience designing charts, graphs, and dashboards that communicate organizational performance information to diverse audiences, including executives
Experience producing organizational performance reports and data-driven presentations for diverse audiences, including executives
