Program Manager, Marketing & Communications

The Marketing Communications Program Manager will partner with various stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth through effective marketing communications and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, video, social media, digital ads, and conferences/events
Partner with SMEs to develop content that differentiated EVERSANA’s services
Continuously optimize content for clarity, engagement, and performance across digital channels, leveraging analytics and best practices to maximize reach and impact
Manage content updates and performance tracking across digital platforms such as websites, marketing automation tools, and social channels
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to optimize marketing efforts and achieve awareness, engagement, and demand-generation goals
Support communication initiatives that maintain consistency in messaging and reinforce EVERSANA’s patient-centric approach
Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and alignment with strategic objectives
Support the development of sales tools, including emails, capabilities presentations, and promotional pieces
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of marketing experience; health and/or pharma experience preferred
Proven ability to craft strategic content and manage content through CMS platforms
Hand-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
Preferred
Skilled at building relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership
Experience managing and executing marketing plans for diverse audiences
Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly
Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills
