Oversee daily operations across all branch departments
Drive revenue growth while managing expenses and profitability
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop associates
Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure operational excellence
Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and address performance issues
Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Resolve customer and employee issues effectively and professionally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience
Proven leadership experience in operations, sales, service, or branch management
Strong business acumen with the ability to lead multiple profit centers
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a demonstrated commitment to safety
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of leading a growing business
