Responsibilities

Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in partnership with leadership
Build and maintain financial models to analyze performance, profitability, and key business drivers
Prepare management reports, including variance analyses and executive summaries, on a monthly and quarterly basis
Present financial results, trends, and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely close processes
Extract and analyze data from financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Support the preparation of presentations and ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives
Contribute to the design and implementation of improved reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics
Work closely with operational teams to align financial objectives with business goals

Required

5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
Experience with enterprise financial systems (ERP platforms)
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls

Preferred
