Responsibilities

Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand data flows, system integrations, and process dependencies
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and program management teams to drive delivery
Support program and project management activities including planning, tracking, and risk management
Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals using Microsoft Visio
Provide insights and recommendations aligned with AWS-based solutions and cloud best practices
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Required

5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
Proven expertise in technical requirement gathering and documentation
Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem (services, data flows, and cloud concepts)
Experience supporting or driving program management initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
