Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects through the complete life cycle (Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Technical Deployment)
Engage with leadership, business partners, and engineering teams to develop project timelines and communication plans
Own and administer internal ticket management tools and processes
Manage program cadence with weekly rhythms and regular check-ins and milestones across teams
Secure commitments and ensure adherence to established schedules
Partner with leadership teams to manage budgets for projects and any changes to those budgets
Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects
Recommend process innovations and efficiencies through analysis, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies (e.g.: Design Thinking, Agile) for the program
Leverage leading-edge technology (e.g. AI) and process improvement ideas to optimize program planning and delivery
Reduce complexity, remove unnecessary steps and streamline operational workflows
Build for scale by designing holistically with focus on flexibility and operational efficiency of the program
Create better tools and systems; train teams to use them effectively and enable faster, more efficient work
Define and enforce program standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects to ensure consistency in deliverables
Lead project execution think strategically, connect dots in the bigger picture, while remaining comfortable with detailed deliverables
Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership, and customer-focused approach
Mentor and develop project managers and team leads within the program
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and achieve results without compromising quality of end deliverables
Effectively influence partners, experts, leaders through excellent written and verbal communication
Keep management updated and escalate issues as needed
Map and manage dependencies between projects within the program; ensure integration points are identified and coordinated across project teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies across multiple projects
Establish and maintain program governance frameworks and decision-making processes
Create executive dashboards and status reports showing program health, milestones
Conduct program-level retrospectives and capture lessons learned

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Background in program management, business analysis, or similar role leading complex, cross-functional business transformation projects
Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, including leading simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
Experience with Consumer and B2B sales processes (e.g., account plans, forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, partner incentives, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce platform functionality and best practices, native capabilities, customization, and integrations with external systems
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating high-impact presentations and 'storytelling through data'
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to establish trust, and influence across cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with promotions, back margin, pricing, and incentives programs is preferred
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models; PMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus
Experience with portfolio management tools
Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards a solution
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
Master's Degree is a plus
