Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition for a broad and fast-moving portfolio of lateral hires across multiple business functions

Apply rigorous candidate evaluation across craft excellence, leadership maturity, values fit, and long-term trajectory

Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring partners, driving clarity on hiring goals, process design, and delivery timing

Coach interviewers to assess role-specific capabilities with discipline, including shaping bespoke competency frameworks where needed

Act as the connective tissue between candidates, business leaders, HR partners, and external search firms, ensuring aligned execution

Structure and deliver recurring hiring analytics, trend insights, and stakeholder updates with predictable cadence

Design and commercialize third-party recruiting engagements, including vendor selection, contract shaping, and terms negotiation

Contribute to special initiatives across HR infrastructure, hiring operations, and process optimization as business needs evolve
