Responsibilities

Collaborate with Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to ensure that our customers' needs are met
Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring objectives
Guide clients through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualification

Required

3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience working with startups
A proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition
A self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently
The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
