Responsibilities
Lead the month-end and year-end close
Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting functions
Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting support team
Prepare financial statements and reporting for leadership and Board review
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Partner cross-functionally with billing and payroll to streamline processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects alongside executive leadership
Federal and State grant reporting, compliance, and allocations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Preferred
nonprofit experience highly preferred
