Responsibilities
Collaborate with existing Customer Service Managers and learn the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through annual renewal
Regularly interact with customers including phone calls, on-site visits, and video calls. Travel is required for this role up to 15% of the time
Utilize a CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls and relevant notes
Act as a communications liaison between internal DocuNav departments and our customers
Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives
Educate customers on the use and benefits of DocuNav’s offerings
Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a customer facing role
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Ability to understand customers concerns and the ability to troubleshoot
Preferred
Previous software sales experience preferred
