Enterprise Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to own the initial stages of the sales process, qualifying new prospects and collaborating with the sales team to win new business.

Responsibilities

Research proactively and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns
Engage with potential clients, listen to their challenges, and determine if they are a qualified lead
Schedule meetings & product demos for the Sales Team
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging
Meet consistently and exceed quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities
Bring your knowledge of using AI tools to find and target Enterprise-level organizations, or come to us with an open mind and learn to use these tools

Required

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills
A proven track record of resilience and success in performance-driven environments
Proficiency with CRM software
Authorization to work in the U.S is a requirement for this position

Preferred

Experience in lead generation or other sales-related roles and/or working in a startup environment
