Auto Detail Quality Coordinator - ADESA PA
ADESA, a Carvana owned company, operates over 50 locations throughout the US and provides a wide array of vehicle services. The Auto Detail Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of the Detail Shop process, inspecting work done by team members, and assisting with training and communication regarding quality standards.

Responsibilities
Inspect the quality of work done by each team member, identify vehicle quality that does not meet company standards. Communicate with team members in a positive and collaborative manner when quality does not meet standards
Identify the strengths of detailers to effectively create their assignments within the detail process
Ensure proper techniques and procedures are being implemented by team members. Train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail
Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed
Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition. Assist with shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report all incidents to management immediately
Properly log the vehicle information into the computer upon satisfactory completion of inspection
Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure focused and clear pictures per standards
Return customer’s vehicles in clean condition
Run inventory reports for the detail shop
Advise the designated Manager of all equipment breakdowns and required maintenance immediately
Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the Manager
Practice and promote company Core Values
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to use cleaning tools such as vacuums, pressure washer, drill, cleaning chemicals and jump boxes
1 - 2 years of auto detailing experience preferred
Auction knowledge and experience preferred
Proficient computer skills
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving with strong multitasking skills
Ability to adapt to changing work environments, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Proficient computer skills
Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
