Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Anaplan practice across the United States, acting as the senior representative for clients, partners, and Anaplan
Build and scale a high-performing consulting team, setting standards for delivery quality, culture, and technical excellence
Own the US go-to-market strategy in partnership with leadership, with a strong focus on Financial Services
Serve as the senior Anaplan Solution Architect across complex client engagements
Design and oversee enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions across FP&A, regulatory planning, balance sheet planning, capital planning, and other Financial Services use cases
Ensure best-practice model architecture, governance, and performance across all client solutions
Play a hands-on role in winning new business, including pre-sales, solution design, client workshops, and executive presentations
Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, investment firms, and asset managers
Support expansion within existing accounts while helping establish the firm as a leading Anaplan partner in the US market
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior finance leaders
Work closely with Anaplan leadership and sales teams to support joint opportunities and strategic accounts
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on Anaplan experience in a senior Solution Architect or Practice Lead capacity
Strong consulting background with experience delivering complex, enterprise Anaplan implementations
Proven ability to operate in both technical and commercial conversations, including winning and expanding client engagements
Strong preference for Financial Services experience, including banking, asset management, investment firms, or related institutions
Track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy
Preferred
Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification
Experience building or scaling an Anaplan practice & consulting function with financial service experience
Existing network within Financial Services or enterprise finance leadership
