Account Executive

They are seeking a dynamic, experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth in the U.S. market, focusing on consultative solution selling and building lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory and account strategy targeting key organizations in healthcare and/or manufacturing
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Lead consultative sales engagements, understanding client needs and aligning Vocantas solutions to drive operational, communication, and workforce performance outcomes
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers — including CHROs, Nursing Leadership, Operations Directors, and IT Executives
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless and value-driven customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and CRM records in SalesForce
Represent Vocantas in-person at industry conferences, executive summits, and key networking events. TRAVEL REQUIRED
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas
Deep knowledge of the healthcare and/or manufacturing industries, including common operational challenges and decision-making structures
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple complex opportunities simultaneously to run our entire sales cycle
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS, workforce management, communication, or automation technologies
