Advise clients directly on transactional antitrust matters
Supervise and mentor associates
Support dispute matters, including expert coordination, discovery, and motion practice
Develop and execute transaction and case strategy
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. bar
Minimum 8 years of relevant AmLaw 100 experience
Significant experience with HSR filings and familiarity with global merger control regimes
Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Government experience preferred, not required
