SAP Employee Central Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center (PCC) and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Ensure payroll accuracy and sustainability for weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls and year-end activities
Lead system design, configuration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
Provide high-level production support for payroll issues including taxes, garnishments, benefits, bonuses, time management, and 401(k)
Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance leaders to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and incidents
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize payroll operations

Required

Strong analytical skills and understanding of software development lifecycle
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred

5-7 years experience supporting SAP solutions, preferably SuccessFactors PCC and SAP ECP
8-10 years experience supporting Payroll, Payroll Tax, Benefits, and Retirals
SAP Certification in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Payroll Control Center (PCC)
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with BSI Tax Factory, off-cycle payroll, garnishments, benefits integration, and time management
Knowledge of SAP integration methods including Integration Center and point-to-point replication
Experience supporting annual HR initiatives such as W-2, 1095-C, Open Enrollment, and Benefits processing
