Responsibilities
Own the System: Operate the end-to-end workflow for TWICE’s short-form presence across all social platforms
Production: Direct and film founder-led content, ensuring high-quality lighting, audio, and visual composition
Editing: Execute high-energy, high-retention edits tailored specifically for the 'language' of each platform (e.g., cinematic for LinkedIn, native/fast-paced for TikTok)
Fast Iteration: Move from raw footage to 'ready-to-post' assets with speed and precision
Qualification
Required
Must be available for founder-led shoots
Early-career, high-output creator
Operate the end-to-end workflow for TWICE's short-form presence across all social platforms
Direct and film founder-led content, ensuring high-quality lighting, audio, and visual composition
Execute high-energy, high-retention edits tailored specifically for the 'language' of each platform (e.g., cinematic for LinkedIn, native/fast-paced for TikTok)
Move from raw footage to 'ready-to-post' assets with speed and precision
Understand the nuances of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects and comfortable handling mirrorless cameras and lighting setups
Manage a content system. You are organized, punctual, and obsessed with the 'ship' date
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a role where your work has a direct impact on brand growth
Preferred
Experience with 1099 arrangements
Current capacity for a high-output content schedule
