Responsibilities
Manage inventory and stock levels & develop accurate forecasts using advanced planning models (MRP, Kanban, CRP, min/max, JIT), collaborating with Sales and Marketing, and aligning supply with demand
Optimize productivity, inventory, and freight spend while owning SAP master data and item information, ensuring accuracy and compliance for planning and purchasing processes through capacity and takt planning for Mammotome and suppliers
Ensure key KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and Inventory Value through daily management and problem-solving
Maintain supplier relationships, including PO management, resolving pricing discrepancies, monitoring OTD, and driving corrective actions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including training on ERP/BI tools, lean methodologies, and cross-functional projects to reduce cost and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in purchasing and planning roles within a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong ERP expertise with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills (SAP preferred)
Proven ability to lead training and coaching on planning methods, lean tools, and DBS methodologies
Experience managing product lifecycle transitions, including phase-in/phase-out and new product introductions
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, escalations, and cross-functional projects under pressure
