Responsibilities

Lead the SAP PP implementation in an S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, from blueprinting to go-live and support

Analyze business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing processes and translate them into system solutions

Configure SAP PP modules (including MRP, Work Centers, Routing, BOMs, Production Orders, etc.) within the S/4HANA Public Cloud framework

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, QM, EWM, FICO) to ensure seamless integration across modules

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best-practice solutions aligned with public cloud limitations and capabilities

Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), support data migration efforts, and lead end-user training sessions

Ensure project documentation is maintained and align with SAP Activate methodology for public cloud

Provide post-go-live support and help continuously improve production planning processes

Required

Minimum Experience – 12-15+ years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

10-15+ years of SAP PP experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Public Cloud (not just on-prem or private cloud)

Strong understanding of S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approach

Experience with SAP Activate methodology for cloud deployments

Deep expertise in PP processes: demand management, MRP, production orders, shop floor execution, capacity planning, and manufacturing analytics

Working knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, QM, and EWM

Familiarity with Fiori apps relevant to production planning in S/4HANA Public Cloud

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
